Most deliveries arrive in:

  • UK: 5–10 business days

Can I return or exchange an item?

Each Oliver & Eli piece is made to order - individually crafted with intention.

Because of this, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect size, or colour selection. Please review the Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

If your piece arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right - no questions, just care.
